Fresh and Fun

Cindi Lauper had it right: "Girls" really do "JUST wanna have fun!" Are you looking for a fresh idea? I'm always keeping an ear open to new options, myself. I got to thinking you might be too, so I'm sharing. I have a suggestion thats a lot of fun for a group of ladies who are getting together for any reason...From "Finally a Teenager!" Parties, to Homecoming Sleepover Preparation Night, Graduation parties, "Daughter's going away to College", to "Daughter's home visiting from College", Bridal showers, (Get the Bride & bridesmaid's jewelry from me and some of it will be FREE) "There's a New baby Girl in the family!" parties, (New mama's love pampering too!)Grandma's coming for a visit, Family Reunions, "Girls Night Out", (I can come to the restaurant with you! ) Halftime entertainment for the ladies at a football party, Garden Party Group meetings, "Soccer Moms deserve a break!" Get togethers, Women in the family Portrait time, YOU NAME IT- I can bring a light, fun and entertaining option and let ladies play dress up in gorgeous Jewels by Park Lane Jewelry, everyone has a good time. We can do a theme show, (kick off a long awaited vacation with a little "Jewelry to go show". (I have some exotic pieces they sell right on the beach from grass huts, but mine are unconditionally guaranteed.) I like to treat a retiring coworker to an "Office Breakroom bash!" They'll end up with all the sparklies they'll need for their cruise! We can do a fashion show and guests can be the models, or we can have a sweet old fashioned Dress up "Tea Party" with guests remembering their inner princesses, donning tiaras, using china tea cups and having little finger sandwiches, and of course, beautiful Jewelry to play with! Since I'm allowed $ 300. worth of beautiful items to give away weekly, you might as well let me bring YOU the freebies! I'm up for almost anything! Give me a call or email, and we'll add my show to your event. It's such a fun alternative to the same old, same old. Everyone will think you're so creative! (And even if you're not, with a little assistance, you will be!) Your Jewels by Park Lane is by Appointment.

Ps. I have to tell you that meeting Miria the other day was a real "TREAT"! She extended her hospitality and had a lovely show, earning lots of gorgeous jewelry for free with guests & family support. We had the "theme" at her show of getting to sample some of her culinary creations, and what a Delight that was! She even made us a Jewelry Cake, pictured above, complete with a "jade" necklace, in our honor! (Another perk of my job, meeting wonderful new people and getting to eat someone else's cooking!) Yum!
(Miria has her own website as well, http://buckeyebellessweets.com/ ! ) Next time I'l tell you about Shelly's crazy addictive white chocolate trail mix, and Jamie's delicious soaps! (These ladies keep me busy!) NOTE:

Shelly Baker is a very nice lady I met through Park Lane, online. She's been a Hostess for me and loved it! She works at a downtown store and supplements her income with making and selling baked goods.(She has the right name for it, doesn't she?) Her White Chocolate Trail mix is highly addictive, but "Oh SO GOOD!" If you have a craving for something delicious, and can exercise some self control, you should email her about whipping you up some! Her email is: littlehappypawsrescue@yahoo.com
(She also does volunteer work helping re-home pets.)

Jamie Hatten is another wonderful lady Park Lane's opportunities have allowed me to become acquainted with. She makes fabulous soaps and lotions, cremes and balms, all kinds of yummy smelling natural products and I LOVE them. (My favorite is a soap she calls "Love Potion", it smells so nice, you're tempted to grate it up and pour it over ice and drink it, so delicious!!!) Her home based business is called "Dragonfly Apothecary." She is community minded as well, even donating some of her awesome products to local needs organizations. She lives in our area also, and you can email her for a list of her wonderful products and very economical prices. Her email is: dragonflyapothecary@yahoo.com and her website is: http://dragonflyapothecary.webs.com !
